The Cambro ESU183672V4580 Camshelving® Elements starter shelving unit withstands temperatures from -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit. Its 2,000-pound capacity makes this shelving unit versatile to hold product in walk-ins, equipment in dry storage, and dishes in dish rooms. Four shelves with a vented design allow water to drip off dishes, prevent dust from gathering, and promote proper airflow around product. Each shelf is reinforced for durability and has Camguard® antimicrobial agent built in to resist bacteria growth. The shelves are constructed of polypropylene to resist corrosion, scratches, and dents. Four composite posts, post connectors, and wedges create structure, while leveling feet stabilize the unit on most surfaces.
